Production Fee (delivery, setup, removal, parking, etc.) to be added on contact = $250 Orange / $350 Black / $450 Blue or Yellow.
Pricing is per guest with a 15 guest minimum charge. Guest count can be adjusted up to 7 days before your event.
Substitutions subject to additional charges. Include onsite setup/removal, paper plates/napkins/towels and plastic utensils/cups/garbage bags.
4 Hour Min. Charge. Tailgate & game time included in total.
Your tailgate can start up to 4 hours before kickoff. Parking lots technically open 5 hours prior to kickoff for Rutgers football games. Our team enters the lots early as possible to secures your tailgating area. There is no option to begin earlier due to setup time.
Man Cave Events sets up tailgate parties in one of 3 locations for Rutgers football:
A) Orange Lot (aka RAC Lot or Jersey Mikes Arena Lot) – ideal for groups arriving without parking passes looking to pay day of. This lot is the only lot that allows trailers. There is a 10 minutes shuttle ride to and from the stadium for the game when parking in this lot.
B) Black Lot – located on Busch campus at Bartholomew & Brett Rd, this lot is a 10 – 15 minute walk to the stadium. With ample room for setup this is a great middle ground setup location. **additional charge**
C) Yellow Lot – located closed to the stadium and outdoor practice facility, this grass lot is where more of the action is but also has the most restricted space for setup. **additional charge**
For logistical reasons, we do not setup tailgates in other areas.
Group size will vary based on lot and setup location (Orange = up to 100, Black = up to 50, Yellow = up to 20 guests). Catering packages are be subject to a 15 guest minimum charge.
During Game: No, all tailgating must conclude at kickoff.
Postgame: Yes, however we charge for the time our team remains on site even though during game tailgating is not allowed.
Absolutely! Most of our clients do. Although we do offer several catering packages to provide a turnkey tailgating solution, you can certainly choose to do your own food. We provide a grill, grilling utensils and essential pack with paper plates/napkins and plastic utensils/cups either way. We do not provide Grill Chef services for customer provided food for liability and food safety reasons.
