Tailgates begin 4 hours before first pitch to allow our team to properly setup your tailgate party. Parking lots always open 5 hours prior to Phillies games. Our team enters the lots upon the gates opening, secures your tailgate party spots and begins setup.
Man Cave Events sets up Phillies tailgate parties one of two locations within the same Lot M/N which accepts day of credit cards for day of event parking:
A) Lot N: for tailgating trailer setups, we utilize either the front portion of the elevated Lot N, nearest N1-N2 pole markers for small-mid size groups and the back corner for larger groups nearest the N7 pole marker.
B) Lot M: this part of the same lot is slightly closer to the stadium and where we will can setup for the Starter Package. If you have a large group and opting for the Starter Package, we will setup your tailgate in Lot N.
For logistical reasons, we try to keep our tailgates near each other and cannot setup in other areas than noted here.
For Phillies tailgates, we restrict group size at 100 guests but strongly suggest keeping group sizes to 50 people maximum. Catering packages are subject to a 15 guest minimum charge.
During Game: No. All tailgating must conclude at time scheduled for first pitch.
Postgame: No. Dismantle process for tailgates will begin at the end of your contracted pre-game tailgate or first pitch (whichever comes first).
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your Phillies tailgate with Man Cave Events. You are welcome to use our grill as needed. We provide grilling utensils (spatula and tongs) and Essentials Pack (paper plates/napkins/towels + plastic utensils/cups/trash bags) to handle up to 50 guests. Additional Essentials Packs can be added to order if needed.
