Man Cave Events LLC. was formed in November 2010 with goal of becoming the go-to source for men needing help with the events in their lives including bachelor parties, birthday parties, tournament planning, golf outing planning and tailgate parties. Thanks to a few early speed bumps in the business, LOTS of research, one trip to a Michigan football game and a couple of maxed out credit cards, the tailgating company, Man Cave Events was born. We designed and built our first tailgating trailer from the ground up in the summer of 2012 and have since expanded additional trailers, party rental items, catering services, transportation and more. In 2023, we launched our Mobile Mini Golf rental product line which has been a huge hit so far supporting 1st to 70th birthday parties, corporate team building, fundraising events and more!
We continue to enhance and evolve our tailgating rental offerings to provide our clients with the best tailgate party rental experience. Our clients range from Fortune 500 organizations to individuals, long-time season ticket holders to first timers. The most humbling part of our sustained success is the number of returning customers we have each year that trust their tailgating experience and reputation to our team. We have seen many competitors come and go over the years but our solid foundation is built to stand the test of time. And, maybe best of all, we genuinely love tailgating so we know what a successful tailgate looks, sounds and smells like. We hope to show you what were all about at your next tailgate party!

Since 2024, Man Cave Events has donated to V Foundation in support of their mission to fund game-changing research and all-star scientists to accelerate Victory Over Cancer® and save lives. We are proud to contribute to their relentless effort to make more tomorrows for so many amazing people and even pets with their canine research programs. The legacy created by Jim Valvano is an inspiration to our team as we try to embody the same “”Don’t give up…Don’t ever Give up!” mindset every day.
Our “Tip Off” vs. Cancer Challenge is a dollar-for-dollar donation matching program based on tips/gratuity generated by our event support teams.
