Your tailgate can start up to 4 hours before the opening act begins. Parking lots typically open 5 hours prior to Lincoln Financial Field / Citizens Bank Park concerts, with very few exceptions. Our team enters the lots upon the gates opening and secures your tailgate party spots. There is no option to begin earlier due to setup time required for safe, successful tailgate party.
Man Cave Events sets up tailgate parties in one of 2 areas for Lincoln Financial Field or Citizens Bank Park concerts, however locations may vary based on traffic pattern changes by parking lot management staff:
A) Lot N near N1 – N2 pole markers at the front of the top lot.
B) Lot N near N7 pole marker at the back of the top lot, close to I-95 overpass.
For logistical reasons and based on our 15+ years experience, we limit our tailgate setups for Philadelphia concerts to these locations for a successful tailgating experience.
We welcome groups of any size with no formal minimum or maximum guest restrictions. If guest count exceeds the recommended package total, the may be additional charges for added infrastructure where and when applicable, however, the client can choose to decline the additions (i.e. additional tenting for larger group). Catering packages will be subject to a 15 guest minimum charge unless otherwise noted by MCE.
During Concert: Yes. You can extend your rental in to the beginning of the concert for up to (1) hour. The $250 hourly extension rate will apply to your rental package and any catering support services like grill chefs or bartenders.
Postgame: No. Dismantle process for Philadelphia concert tailgates will begin at the end of your contracted pre-concert tailgate.
Absolutely! Most of our clients do. Although we do offer several catering packages to provide a turnkey tailgating solution, you can certainly choose to do your own food. We provide a grill, grilling utensils and essential pack with paper plates/napkins and plastic utensils/cups either way. We do not provide Grill Chef services for customer provided food for liability and food safety reasons.
