Eagles Tailgate

4 hours of pregame tailgating is included in our tailgating packages. However, with lots opening 7 hours before kickoff you have the option to extend your tailgate up to 2 hours pregame, or 6 hours before kickoff (subject to fee). Our team enters the lots upon the gates opening and secures your tailgate party spots. There is no option to begin earlier that 6 hours before kickoff due to setup time. So, for your most common kickoff times, without extension, your start times would be:1:00pm Kickoff = 9:00am Start, 4:25pm Kickoff = 12:25pm Start, 8:25pm Kickoff = 4:25pm Start.

Man Cave Events sets up tailgate parties in one of 3 areas for Eagles tailgate parties:

A) Lot D (Wells Fargo) – requires parking pass, no cash day of. Great location to setup and be in the middle of the action + easy in/easy out.

B) Lot H – VIP requires specific parking pass but has best space for setting up.

C) Lot N (commonly referred to as Jetro) – pass required for most game but does vary. This is more of a general admission lot with less certainty of where we will be able to setup.

For logistical reasons, we do not setup tailgates in other areas unless it is confirmed at the time of your contract signing.

We welcome most group sizes and typically client tailgate range from 10 to 50 guests. If guest count exceeds the recommended package total, the may be additional charges for added infrastructure where and when applicable, however, the client can choose to decline the additions (i.e. additional tenting for larger group). Catering packages may be subject to a 15 guest minimum charge unless otherwise noted by MCE.

Unfortunately, all tailgating while the game is in progress must stop 45 minutes after kickoff per venue rules. We can extend your tailgate for up to 30 minutes (half of the hourly extension rate) but all tailgating must conclude at that point. We can do a 90 minute postgame tailgate for an additional fee.

Yes, absolutely! Most of our clients do and it is encouraged for Eagles tailgates. If you are looking for a totally turnkey tailgate party, we can certainly assist in setting that up for you through our partners. We provide a grill, grilling utensils and essential pack with paper plates/napkins and plastic utensils/cups either way. We do not provide Grill Chef services for customer provided food for liability and food safety reasons.
